Contact
Reach the team for corrections, missing parks, partnerships, press, or privacy enquiries.
The fastest way to reach us is by email: hello@mtbtrailsaustralia.com.au
What to email about
- Corrections. If a park or trail is wrong on the Site — wrong trail count, missing facilities, outdated season dates, broken link — tell us. Include the park URL and what needs fixing. We'll triage within a few days.
- Missing parks. If your local trail network or a new build isn't listed, send the operator URL or a link to the trail map and we'll add it.
- Operators and clubs. If you run a park or club and want your network represented accurately — opening times, lift status, signage updates, official trail counts — we're keen to hear from you.
- Privacy and data requests. Access, correction, or deletion requests under the Australian Privacy Act go through the same address. See the Privacy Policy for detail.
- Press and partnerships. Media enquiries, content collaborations, or partnerships — send a one-paragraph pitch and we'll respond if it's a fit.
- Removal requests. If you're an operator or trail builder who would prefer your network not be listed publicly, email us with the park URL and we'll unpublish it.
What to include
To make our reply fast and useful:
- The park or trail URL on our Site (so we know exactly what you're referring to);
- A clear description of the issue or request;
- Where relevant — a link to the official source (operator site, council page, news article) so we can verify.
Response time
We aim to acknowledge enquiries within three business days. Corrections and additions typically land within a week. Privacy requests are handled within 30 days as required by the Australian Privacy Principles.
Other ways to reach the directory
If you're not sure which park your message relates to, the parks directory and the map view are the quickest ways to find a park's slug. Once you have it, paste the URL into your email so we can find your record without guessing.
